No it's fine What temps do you get under load? They are more accurate anyway. And the fans go as fast as you tell them to, unless they are plugged directly into PSU, in which case they'll run max speed.
32C isnt too high, but you shouldnt really need full fan speed to get to there. While thats not the best cooler, it should be okay for stock frequencies. What temps do you get when you put the fan to something like 20 or 25%
as per my memory it wasnt very different weather on stockish(auto controlled speeds) or manually putting on fullest. just a 2 degree or maybe a half degree more drop. sounds weird ik. but that is what the drop was atleast in the bios
