Problem With Sound Card

Hello Anyone.
I buy Few Week Ago Sound Card PowerColor Devil HDX Sound Card.
Now i Reinstall Windows 7 and getting Problem With Sound card.
after install the windows my sound card was Detected but after install Official Driver From website Sound card not show in Device maneger, and i try install one time driver i get Error "HD Audio PCI-e Audion Does not Exist"

1| Have you made sure your installation of Windows 7 went without a problem? Have you made sure your installer isn't corrupt?
2| Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS and remaining chipset and USB drivers are up to date? Install all your other motherboard drivers prior to installing the sound card drivers.
3| Can you list your full systems specs?
4| Did you try using the drivers that came with the sound card in the drivers disc and that found off their support site?
