So the wifi is acting really strange.Sometimes while using my phones it just disconnects and after a while reconnects, but that's not the major problem.The real issue is that sometimes it disconnects and later i can't reconnect on any device even though i have a full signal.And the only fix is to restart the router.Do you have any suggestions how to fix that?

I heard that sometimes upgrading the firmware, may mess up everything.And one more thing, will the settings be saved, because i am living with other people now and i need to tell them i something is changed(passwords, they have to reconnect again or sth like that).
There is a possibility if it goes wrong then the whole thing could be unusable. This is a rare occurance and has never happened to me.
Regarding if settings would be lost, I really couldn't say. It depends on how major the firmware upgrade is.
Try and check out if you can export or save the settings anywhere before you proceed. It's much better to restore settings with a couple of clicks rather than having to check each one!
