a Motospeed mouse keyboard issue

Hi people thx for reviewing this: I have the following question i bought this item (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Motospeed-G9800-2-4G-1200DPI-Wireless-Keyboard-Optical-Mouse-Combo-for-PC-GOLDEN-/111951620890?hash=item1a10d62b1a:g:~tcAAOSwwpdW-lJO) in black color and several weeks later it stopped working. i think the reason is the usb reciever because the mouse's leds seem to be working fine also the keyboard doesnt work so i assume is the reciever mite have gone wild i ask you is it possible to be fixed or to replace the usb reciever with another one it is a 25 euro item and if i take it to the repair store the budget mite go up for such a cheap item - thx in advance

You should either contact the seller or the maker of the keyboard and find out if you can buy the receiver on it's own. Did you try uninstalling and re-installing the device? Try it with a different computer?

on my second computer doesnt work either it has no software its a plug and play combo what u mean reinstall the device in device manager?

Yes in device manager and if it had any drivers you needed to install. If it does not work on a second system, contact the seller for a replacement or at least a new receiver to try.

the manufacturer has no usb reciever to sell alone they are not refunding me the item and i can hardly find any spare recievers outhere to be purchased
