Yeah and I wrote that last thing not even considering the radiator. Anyway you can get the rad on the top exhausting? Usually having the rad on the front behind the intake fans wont heat the case up that much, but personally I would try to get it on the top if I could and just have intake fans on the front, two 140s up front should be plenty for intake.

i chose to put the rad in front because it reduce a bit the noise. I saw this on many benchmark on internet they all agreed about that. and since i "sleep" with my pc sometime ON so i want it to be silent

Silent would be cutting it off to go to bed.
Parts of the build I would reconsider depending on what your plans for the drives are and If you really need 32GB of memory then buy it in a matched set not 2 separate sets. Their 100% no reason to buy the artic silver.
For the cooling just drop the 2 pack of SP fans for the top blowing in.

at the start i was planing only for 16GB that i already bough then i said ok let s go for 32 dont wanna upgrade for a while so i bough second one that is simillar the the first one.

For the Thermal Paste i saw on some reviews that the Artic silver.is better then Pre-Applied one

Phanteks Evolv ATX has poor ventilation out the top, but it is still usable with enough SP. (I use both the Evolv ATX and ITX for both my builds)

I'd rather place the radiator at the top. (using 2x fan slots)
Then on the front Use 2x 140mm fans and 1x 120mm fan. (it's possible)

I have mine set up in a similar way and it works fine.
