That DELL should be a standard ATX power supply , so you need to replace it with an OEM sized power supply.
Dells have moved away from proprietary connectors for a while now. It is a standard ATX power supply.
Its to costly for dell to have proprietary PSU and still stay competitive on price. Its been a few years since I played with a HP desktop but the last one I saw wasn't proprietary ether.
