Hi there, i want to build a pc but for some crazy cheap budget. All i kneed 2 know is whats the best dirt cheaap motherboard and cpu (used i dont mind). I have hyper x ram 1866 lying around and a corsair 100r case as well as a frostflow 120 water cooler. Thanks

This is one of those rare times that I would say an AMD setup would probably fit you. This is a little over budget, but for something new, it is probably your best option.
