HP 550 114A CPU upgrade?

I realized that there is no PCI nor PCI-E slots in the mother board, and I slowly realized that the PC is a laptop in a desktop case. Is there any way I can upgrade my CPU to something like a AMD A10 7700K or the CPU is Soldered on, thus making it non-upgradeable (except the RAM)?

his isn't really a desktop since it has a External PSU 65w AC Adapter seems theres not much room for upgrade i might be wrong but from the info i gathered thats true
