Hey everyone I just sold my computer on eBay I need to ship it problem is I don't have the box with the foam anymore my mistake I threw it away I either need another one with the foam inserts or any ideas on packaging it for shipping I'm selling a monitor along with it so I need some ideas please help

Perhaps make a crate/box out of some cheap plywood and held together by screws. You should in good spirits disclose this to the person buying the case so if the cost of making the box is over your head you may want to offer that the cost be translated to cost of case by buyer or that you want to share it out of good faith. The selling point for a robust box would be that it withstand the tests of time though you're going to need bubblewrap.

There's also the option for the buyer to pick it up instead of shipping it across miles...
