My PC config is:
Motherboard - ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
Processor - AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition 3.2 GHz Socket AM3 125W
Graphics Card - XFX ATI RADEON HD5770 850M 1GB DDR5
PSU - Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 600W

I bought the above config PC for gaming purpose in 2011 I guess. BUT now I'm using it only for office purpose and casual games. NOW 600W PSU is being wasted and affecting my electricity bill I've decided to remove my XFX Radeon HD5770 Graphics card and since my motherboard is having onboard graphics, which is suffice for my usage I am going to use that only.

Would 350W or lower PSU be enough for below config?
M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition 3.2 GHz Socket AM3 125W
4 GB RAM / DVD writer / 500+320 GB HDD / KB+Mouse

If possible, please recommend me the make and model too, which I can buy in India.

Having a 600w psu is not going to waste your electricity bill. The psu doesn't just use 600w all the time by being on. It would be perfectly fine to use without the 5770 and it will only draw enough power for your uses.
