My current specs are:
amd fx 6350
gtx 750 ti SC
8gb of ram
500w

I want a good solid graphics card at most 150$ any recommendations? I would like it to run at 1080 p in bf1 medium settings and decent fps.

Thanks!

And I'd like to make a bit of pointer... BF1 is incredibly optimized, from what I've heard. People running a GTX 970 are pumping out around 90FPS on ultra settings. Your 750Ti will be more than enough for the game on medium. Not 90 FPS probably, but it will be for a vsync cap most likely.

This.
Only upgrade when you ca afford both a platform switch and a proper GPU(200+). No sesnse in upgrading just one of the two as they are well matched.

The only "upgrades" i could really recommend in that area are a 380/380x (probably refurbed/open box/EBay), an R7 370... which is better, but not better enough to warrant the extra $100-150, or an RX 460... Which again is better, but is barely any better than the 370, the only real benefits you get are the newer architecture and benefits that go along with it. At your budget, you're pretty much where you can get to unless you go up to about $200. At which point (as above) you will start to see CPU bottlenecking.

Why is this in CPU category?

Also I wouldn't recommend upgrading to a new GPU yet, you will pay a lot just to get a little bit better performance, I suggest you save some more money and buy a 250$ card in the future.

Your probably going to need a new cpu if you want a graphics card that has the power to run BF1 on medium @1080p

£100 English pounds gets you a Decent RX 460, but isn't a very good option for BF1 on medium @1080p

£180 gets you an RX 470, a really capable card which might run BF4 On ultra. But your CPU might restrict it.
