I'm building a PC for my sister. It's my second PC build since I build one for myself. But this will be in a NZXT Manta Case. I can probably decide on the rest of the parts myself, but I need help with a motherboard, so here is my question. What would be the best budget ITX motherboard at about the 100€ range, for the white Manta case.
( I have the 1151 Socket and, the non-K I5-6500 , and the gtx 1060)

No, that mobo is a socket LGA1150 mobo and is incompatible with your CPU.

Why? Your CPU is LGA1151 socket and can not physically fit into a LGA1150 socket.

I would go Skylake for the DDR4 RAM and newer standard support. Unless you can find a Haswell CPU for much cheaper than a Skylake.

Yeah I'm going for Skylake with the i5-6500 and the MSI B150I motherboard and the GTX 1060 Armor 3GB because that will be plenty enough power for her to handle
