Please help me with my new desktop problem.

I just custom a new desktop, but it just show black screen when I turn on. Is that any wrong with my desktop specs. I have test the mother board, the hard disk, and the psu. I am wondering the ram but not sure.

I7 6700 non-k
2x8gb ddr4 g skills ripsaws
Asus z170 pro gaming
Corsair cx750m
WD 1Tb blue
Cool master 212 evo

I tried, but it still has the same result. I borrow my friends gpu which is amd r290. I plugged in to the new gpu port, and it is black screen.

I did put one ram in different slots, and two ram in two different slots. It comes up the same

i do not know what happen..anyway

did you try to reseat your cpu?
your psu good?
can you smell the overheat somewhere? burn spot?

I don't know either.
Everything has power, so I believe the psu is good.
I did put the new cpu thermal paste on the cpu again.
I can't smell any of burn spot.
I was using it like couples day, and it happened from yesterday.
