What Parts Should I Upgrade in my Rig?

have a 300$ budget
I want to play either in high or ultra on Forza Horizon 3
Pc Specs:
-Intel I5-4670 cpu
-Nvidia Geforce GTX 760
-2x4gb sticks of ram
-NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower Case
-Z87-G41 PC mate

Sometime the game crashes on Low Settings
My absolute highest I can go is 320$

And should I wait until Black Friday to get deals?

The crashes are probably caused from software conflicts or registry errors. Or too many things running at Win start up. Run CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
With a $320 budget, you can go with the GTX 1060 6GB and have money left over. Or put a few more dollars to that and get the GTX 1070. Honestly, if you game at 1080p/60 Hz... the 1060 is ideal.
