So my pc about a week ago just wouldnt load windows without freezing. I would load past gigabyte bios then the windows icon would pop up and the loading dots would spin, then freeze.I tried everything, Bought new motherboard it still did it. I just bought a new power supply it still does it. Now if i turn on my pc without my gpu it actually doesn't freeze but takes me to a black screen forever

Now you're probably saying its you're graphics card. Nope im using all the same peripherals on amd motherboard. Everything works flawless. I am literally so lost right now. I'm desperate for help.

Sounds like a software issue. The parts list is ALWAYS helpful but in this case I see it getting stuck loading Windows. That is usually due to a driver or conflict issue. What would also help us to help you is to post your operating system.

You also say you bought a new motherboard. The motherboard is what Microsoft sees as the "computer". With new hardware in place WIndows can't understand the motherboard because it's missing a LOT of drivers(6 or 8). Installing a new motherboard usually invalidates the Windows Serial Key which is normally tied to the motherboard. The easiest fix from where I'm sitting is a fresh install of Windows.

You would need to enter your BIOS(Delete, Escape F1 or F2 usually) and change your first boot device to the DVD ROM if you have your WIndows operating system disc(not a driver or repair disc). F10 to save and exit.

A fried CPU wouldn't make you stuck at the Windows loading screen, so your mind can rest at peace in that aspect. As the person above me stated, it is most likely a software problem so you should try reinstalling windows or booting from another drive.
