i didn't know where to post it and i think this category fits more, im plainning to build a pc to upgrade my parents with their work, and i need a recommendation of what would be good for office working, excel, chrome, trading software and stuff like that, doesn't have to be "the best of 2016" just a regular pc that will work fine, but wont get super slow

An SSD would allow much more responsive experience with files/web operations. 16GB RAM are too much for such system, but for ITX build, you'd prefer to get it done and never open up the case again until the whole system is replaced and 16GB right of the bat for an Office build would allow that.
