So I have replaced all of the hardware in my computer. Minus my case. And it continues to Hard Freeze when I am downloading a large file from the internet. I have re-installed windows, and I have done it with a clean drive. What could possibly still be causing this issue?

run this on ram: http://www.memtest86.com/
run this on hdd: http://www.seagate.com/au/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-win-master/

they the two most common reasons for freezing in downloads I think - freezing in PC in general really

Mobo: Asus z77-a
CPU: Intel i7-3770
GPU: evga 970
RAM: 8gb Ripjaw
PSU: Rosewill 750
Seagate 1tb HDD

I've switch houses and routers sadly. I just can't see a reason for the case to be an issue when downloading either. And I've used multiple ethernet cables as well.
