I need bios bin file as bios is crashed during using IFlash utility and electricity went off

Hey there, tahirhanif.

You should be able to find everything you need in order to flash, update or reset your BIOS, on the manufacturer's website. You could also consult with the computer's User Manual on what do to or get in touch directly with the customer support.
Other than that, I'd strongly recommend that you remove the serial numbers you've posted, as a security measure. You should do the same with your e-mail address as well.
