I have a HD5850 (need an upgrade, I know) and 3 Samsung 23" monitors. I bought a display port to DVI adapter, the website I bought it from said it was active.
2 monitors are hooked up to the DVI ports on the card, and the last one is hooked up to the Displayport adapter.
I am getting no signal on the Displayport monitor even though both Windows and AMD settings show the monitor as enabled and working. I thought maybe I'd been sold a passive adapter, so I tried running the Displayport monitor on its own and still no dice.
Any ideas?
