Finally I am able to get my first gaming PC.I plan on having it built because I just don't feel confident enough to do it myself nor can I afford to risk it,in case something goes wrong.
I plan on getting built by NCIXUS thought if any has better suggestions I am open to them.

Just so people know I am from the US just so I don't get site suggestion that don't apply to like like from the UK or the EU.

I am building the PC with playing the latest games with mod in mind.I not gonna be doing any animation or the like.Though I am consider my trying my hand at an LP at some point.

Using PC Part Picker here is my prototype build

Any tips, advice,or improvements that could help or save cost is appreciated. The only thing I know for sure is I am not building it myself.

For your purpose, you will be better with i7-6700K + Z170 MB - faster (higher clock) cores are better for gaming.
Do you really need sound card ?
Do you really need optical drive ?
I'd use:
this video card: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/Tv38TW/evga-geforce-gtx-1070-8gb-sc-gaming-acx-30-video-card-08g-p4-6173-kr
this CPU: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tdmxFT/intel-cpu-bx80662i76700k
this MB (since you want NCIXUS): https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tBZ2FT/asus-motherboard-maximusviiihero
and would be adding an SSD like https://pcpartpicker.com/product/PMbkcf/sandisk-internal-hard-drive-sd8sn8u512g1122

Your sistem is not very well balanced.

As n0ns3ns3 said a i7-6700K is a better choice with your budget.

Also the Creative Labs Z with that speaker is a so-so, not a great card that is anyway a waste with a low tier speakers. For that speakers just stay with the default MB sound.
If you want a high end sound, just need to get a proper card and a proper speakers, and they are a looot more expensive than 80+20$

The last thing is that you miss a SSD, and that have a huge impact on the performance, i would recomend a proper M.2 SSD.

That looks a good rig to get.Though I do have some questions.

1.Can that rig play Skyrim Regular and Special Edition,Fallout 4,The Witcher 3 and the upcoming System Shock Remake at max settings including with mods ? Plus is it reasonably future proof ? I can always upgrade when needed but will this last me a while ?

2.So I don't need sound card at all ? I thought for some reason that if I didn't get one that I would either have no sound or it be the awful sounding PC Speaker like you had as choice on old dos games that I have played.

3.I planning I buying from NCIXUS and making use of their build it function ? Maybe later tonight or tomorrow at the latest. But I feel the need to ask are they're any worthwhile rigs on Amazon just asking since I have Prime so the I wouldn't mind taking that fast shipping ? But I also don't get a bad rig or any unnecessary risk of getting screwed.

I will get a SSD, and I am already set for a keyboard in mouse since I got the CM Storm for both,a little while back from Amazon.

Thanks for the advice so far,and I will be sure to post when I make my purchase.
