kindly suggest me a cheap motherboard for my desktop at indian market that can play at least full hd video without any lag.I have a intel core 2 duo processor 2.93ghz lga 775 wannna use it as processor.

Basically any reasonably recent MB can play 1080p video without a video card, to make it easy just buy a MB with a HDMI port. HD video is not very demanding on a PC, nowhere near the requirements for rendering a game.
