does gtx 1060 bottlenecking my cpu and ram?beacuse i got low usage.

when im playing at games and i change the settings no matter what game, i cant reach more then 130 fps even with the lowest settings. and thats werid beacuse the card should run the gmaes at 200 fps and even more.




cpu:core i5 3470 3.2ghz
ram:8gb ram 1333mhz
gpu:gtx 1060 evga sc

Getting 120fps in BF4 with that cpu is good, I wouldn't expect more. As the fps goes up the load on the cpu increases, reducing game settings or resolution generally does not reduce the cpu load. If this is while multiplayer gaming then its even more likely your cpu limiting your fps.

im using the 6gb version and im running the games at 1080p with ultra settings. but when im changing the settings to the lowest it should run much faster then 120 fps. and the games im playing its bf4 and such.
