I wanna upgrade my PC.
The old mother board still alright.

I wanna upgrade the parts, or is it worth? From Haswell to Skyline?
My old MB Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2P (rev. 2.0)?

I wonder its about 5 Years old PC.
Is it worth to upgrade just a part? Consider its the LGA 1155 DDR3 Parts still much around the market.
If i update the MB then I must upgrade Much Part too, or should I stay with the old MB...? and upgrade just a view part? Such as Ram that I mention before, GPU?

I've plan to upgrade my old core i3 3210 to the new core i7 3770..

So is it worth to upgrade to the Skyline model with a lower CPU? or just my old one, with the better CPU?

What is the best parts if i stay with the old one? Such as RAM, Powersupply, GPU, HDD or SSD, and CPU? or maybe you guys have an idea with the detail part..
Or What is the best Part for Skyline parts? from MB to the complete PC for gaming, design and ect.

Well the achievement is just a middle PC, not very hi-tech PC or hi-end PC. Consider its very-very-very expensive at my place.

Let me hear any idea from you guys.
Thank you. :)

1151 Socket that skylake uses will be used for another 2 generations as far as we know (Kaby Lake and Cannonlake). And getting an i7 3770 will do you for a good 4-6years in gaming because of it being an not too old I7. As long as you can get a good deal used/sale, buying an i7 3770 new today is not recommended from anyone pretty much due to the bad price/performance compared to i7 6700k that is almost at the same price.
