you don't really need the QDC. and the 240rad is better for quieter operation. you can mount it on top of your case.

Ditto, the EK Predator 240 is a great cooler if you can afford it. 
The Swiftech H320 x2 and H240 x2 are also good options, and are slightly better imo for CPU cooling, although EK have that quick disconnect function for GPU water blocks which seems insanely convenient for an AIO loop.

the cheaper 240 is without QDC and just 160$.
the Swiftech H220/240 are great performers, just too clumsy for my taste with the res/pump mount and 20000000000 cables
The predator is much more elegant and easier to install. Also more available/easier to get.

The Swiftech line is more enthusiast oriented, aka you have to know what you're doing, EK is a lot more consumer friendly and what I would buy personally.
Probably worth it to get the QDC imo because it makes cooling graphics cards so much easier, and will keep temps significantly lower if you buy a waterblock and a new card in the future.

I bought a system that is too expensive for me and I still think putting the liquid in the system is CRAZY ! :|

I do liquid for ~10 years and my loops never leaked due to my own (un)idiocy.
Even if the loop leaks there is very small chance to cause damage to components if the loop is built and maintained properly. that means using non conductive and corrosion safe coolant like distilled water and replacing it once a year before it becomes conductive.
