Ok I just bought a cheap ol emachine from back in 2008 for 35$ not a bad price thought I could upgrade somthing in it turns out just ram, cpu, and a pc1 graphics card

Solution
Well you will have to expand your budget, any low profile GPU demands at least a 300W PSU so you also have to invest on that.

Currently there's a sale on newegg for a R7 250x, you should take advantage of it while it lasts (70$):

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150716&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

But as I said above, you'll also need to upgrade your PSU, this EVGA 500B will do (45$):

You could go with a cheaper Antec VP 450w if you don't plan to...

Ok well iv got about 100 dollor budget I just need it for game like per say terraria, minecraft, maybe nfs mst wanted 2005 version and the first darksouls the prepare to die edition somthing that can do that I mean the processor is a 2.8 somthing GHZ as of right now only 2 Gb of pc3 ddr3 ram I plan on upgrading that at some point and an on board gpu powerd by nivida, the on board is decent but just not quite good enough it's the Nividia GeForce 6150 nForce 430 chipset with a 256 MB memory size, and a GPU clock of 426MHz and a bandwidth of 4.3 GBs/s and only has DRTX 9.0 support

The processor is an AMD Athlon II X2 220 Dual Core Socket AM3 with core speed of 2.81 GHz and a bus speed of 200 + MHz Depending

And th mainboard is a EL1352G manufacturerd by emachine them selves with north and south bridge all being by Nividia

That's all I know

Highly suggested to get 8GB of RAM asap.

Thanks for the help Radical seriously cause iv been looking at other forms and no one could help but thanks and I'm not sure that I could upgrade the psu concidering the size of the tower cause it a small scale factor like the smallest and not sure if emachine ever released an upgraded psu for this small of a machine it would be nice but not sure....

Sadly my experience with those small PSUs is practically non-existant. A friend had a small form factor pc too and we tried back then to find a better PSU to no avail. Maybe you could start a new thread asking for a SFF PSU suggestion, there's been a few threads about it before on Toms.
