Yes, it has multiple PCIE x16 slots, which will support the 1060. Your CPU is weak though, I'd upgrade it to a 8320 or 8350. Your 1060 won't get to showcase its speed with that 6100 holding it back. 8GB RAM is fine for gaming and general computer use.
