I have an Asus ROG Maximus VIII Formula motherboard with a Samsung 950 Pro and I seem to have all the settings correctly set in the BIOS to enable it to be the fastest speed possible. But when running CrystalDiskMark 5.1.2 x64 I continually get only about 60% of the speeds that are reported by other people, even those with the same motherboard as mine. I am getting sequential read/write speeds of ~1889/915 when the max should be ~2600/1500.
I noticed this issue shortly after setting up my machine. After tinkering with it and getting nowhere I decided to wipe it and reinstall everything from scratch. I ran the benchmark before installing anything other than Windows 10 with the same results
Has anyone else had this issue and how did you approach and fix it? Below is a copy of my bios settings and screenshots.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
