Hi. I currently have an AMD R7 200 card. The fan is making a very loud whining noise. I need to update/grade the card but am having trouble deciding between two cards that were recommended to me. I was wondering if some here could help tip me to one side or the other.
Choices:
RX470
GTX 1060 (almost out of my price range, except for the EVGA brand)
Computer Specs:
Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium
16GB RAM
Intel Core i5-2500 K CPU @3.30GHz
