I have a rx 470 8 gb gaming x card from msi and when i tried to turn on my computer the psu wouldnt budge so I unplugged the graphic card and it booted up, i have another card that worked fine with it, i tested the 8 pin connector on my rx 470 with a mutimeter and every pin is connected to each other when I test the connection beeper. I read that it could be the mosfet voltage regulator but do not know how to test it in circuit. I could only find 1 Mosfet that looked big enough to burn out. it said REG1 under it so i believe it is the only one, please help
