I can't connect my Lumia phones (two of them, most recently a Lumia 550) with my PC running Windows 10. There's no such issue when connecting to a Windows 7 machine, it works like a charm.
When plugging in my device no driver is installed and I have no access to my files on the phone. Device Manager signals there's something wrong with a yellow exclamation mark. No driver is installed and driver detail reads "No driver files are required or have been installed for this device." Supposedly I need the driver "RM-1127". Neither auto-update no manual update works.
I have been having this issue for over a year now, it's getting more and more frustrating and I'm losing all my faith in Microsoft and especially their mobiles.
