Right so I had to change my motherboard after my last one stopped working. My computer starts up and goes through a few bios settings by itself and then brings me to a screen where it asks me to choose my keyboard layout, however my mouse and keyboard will not work, they are both USB. I also tried using a PS2 keyboard which the lights turn on, but when I try to turn caps or num lock on or off, the lights don't switch. I also tried a different mouse, and the lights came on, but it won't show up on screen if it's working properly... I've tried using the keyboard to select options, but as I've said, I believe it's not even working.
I wish to add that before going to the keyboard layout screen it says that there was an error: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE, and then it asks me to restart, whenever I restart it, it then goes to the layout screen.
