Need second opinion

Hi i am a noob at pc and would like to know whether the specs are decent for games like cs:go or even gta 5 and if possible the average fps.
Here are the specs

Processor : i3 4130 3.4 Ghz Cache 3MB
Motherboard: Gigabyte H81M- Gaming 3
Graphic Card : MSI GT 730 4GB DDR3
HDD1 : Seagate 1 TB
RAM : Corsair 4 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz

Not at 1080p. Not with any kind of quality in-game settings. Mostly the gfx card is the issue. Next would be the small amount of system memory.

These specs would probably be able to run counter strike on the lowest settings (you might even have to sacrifice your resolution to run it), but i highly doubt it would be able to run GTA at all.

He will be able to counter strick just fine.

But a better GPU like 950 or 960 will go a long way towards decent settings in GTA v
