That really depends on the supply and whom made it. It's a push under heavy load so a cheap unit would fault out or not even boot up. Is this a Dell using a TFX form factor?

The 750ti is recommended to have at minimum a 300w PSU.

If you go ahead and try it know that you might be putting too much draw on your PSU and that could cause a system shortage (or total failure). 250w PSU's aren't typically very high quality, so taxing them isn't usually a good idea. It MIGHT work, but you are definitely running a risk if you try it.

I don't personally recommend it.

It depends on your Case, that is a MicroATX board so any decent supply will work but your limited by what the case can hold. Is this a Small Form Factor, Mini Tower, Full Tower or Desktop style case? Another factor here is price, how much are you willing to spend?

For a case that uses a normal ATX these two are good budget supplies that will last longer than the System itself.

Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: XFX TS 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($62.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $62.99
