I'm new to PC building and looking to build a budget Gaming PC in the near future. My budget is around 40000Rs.
I would like to play games like GTA V , Hitman, Watchdogs, BO3,etc at low-medium settings with above 30 fps. Could someone pls suggest me a build?? In USD my budget would be around $350...

I don't wanna use a dual core CPU as many games don't support dual core processors anymore. i3-6100 is a dual core processor.

As stated above, the i3 is a dual core cpu with hyperthreading so it works like a quad core cpu. It is a VERY strong gaming cpu. It is stronger in gaming than the 6 and 8 core AMD cpus. You could get the i5 6400 for 5000rs more, but it's totally not worth it. Clock speed drops from the i3's 3.7ghz to 2.7ghz.
