I have:
i5 4690k
2 asus gtx 970 in sli
2 samsung ssd
corsair h100i v2 cooler
asrock z97 extreme 3 motherboard
3 120 mm case fans

PSU: Cooler Master 700w

I am also thinking of overclocking my CPU as I have just installed new cooler.
Will my current PSU enough or I need to buy new one?

Solution
I couldn't find any reliable review of this unit.
From what I've seen on forums, it's mediocre unit.
Wouldn't use it for system that can consume 500watt (or more when overclocked).

Then what is your recommendation if I am buying a new psu?
Ohh and I forget to mention 4 * 4gb Kingston hyperx 1600 MHz (1.5 volt) ddr3 ram

If you are going to keep using SLI/CF with cards under 200watt -> 750w and up from the following would be good:
Corsar RMx.
EVGA SuperNova G2 or P2.
There are other options, those are just the best performing units within sane price range, good availability and excellent warranty.
