The audio on speakers sound strange, like it's mono. If i plug in my headphones it doesn't automatically switch to headphones( i need to set headphones as default and ALWAYS, even if i don't have headphones connected they appear in playblack devices). When i fully insert it in the jack only the left side is producing sound, but if i insert it just on step or two i can hear in both of them but poor quality. The mic is not working anymore(neither from laptop or headphones). If i hit the laptop above the jack, the mic is producing sound(just for the time of the hit). I guess this is a physical problem ? Also, if i connect my headphones through USB, should it work normally ?
