Upgrading laptop with faster ram - compatibility?

Will this work, upgrading my
8GB 1600mhz
to
16GB 1866mhz?

My laptop is Asus V3-372 aspire, the processor is i5 6067U skylake.
The processor supports the speed, but could there be problems with something else?

If you replace the old stick/sticks with the new ones, there should be no problem at all. However if you mix those sticks up together there is a slight chance for incompatibility.

If you are thinking about speeding up your PC than this will certainly not help. Maybe by 1%. Definitely not worth your money. You can however upgrade your RAM to 16 gigabytes indeed. You should only do this if you feel that you are running out of RAM frequently though.

You're right, I will hardly ever need the minor increase in speed. What I'm concerned about though, is specifically if it will work.
