Is this a suitable system for external videogame capture and audio recording?

I wouldn't be editing anything on this build, I'd be saving all the video and audio directly to the listed external hard drive and then transferring it either through my home internet connection to my main computer or directly via the ext hdd.
If you remove all the accessories such as the external hdd and the game capture card the build is about £250.
I wouldn't be playing games directly on this rig, I'd only be using the software that the capture card comes with and audacity for other audio recording.
I've tried making it as cheap as I can, if anyone has any other suggestions please tell me.
Thanks.

Solution
The stock Intel CPU cooler will be just fine. No need for an aftermarket one.

No. When you install Windows (or whatever OS you will be using), it will format the drive for you.
Look toward an Intel setup and use the built-in graphics. You will come away with a much stronger CPU...

That's a good list, thanks a lot. I'll pick your answer as the solution if I don't get any other responses.
However I'm probably going to get an AvP Hyperion cube case for the sake of vanity. I didn't pick it in my list because I couldn't find it on there.

I just noticed that you didn't add a cpu cooler in the parts list. Does that CPU not need one? Would buying something like this be appropriate?
Also would I need to format the SSD with my main computer before I install it in the new one?
