I read some suggestions on the Internet saying it can run on my mobo.

Solution
First unplug the gtx750ti, use the old GPU to boot the PC, and check what version BIOS the MB had. If it does not have the newer one ( 0125 ), then download and update the BIOS. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18636/BIOS-Update-SGP4510H-86A-
Keep in mind, read the BIOS update instruction from the "Release Notes" > "Read Me" very carefully. Make sure you know how to do the BIOS update.
After the BIOS updated, try use the gtx750ti again.
