You can use any DDR4 kit that matches the minimum spec of the 6800k. RAM specified for higher speeds would only be needed if you plan to overclock.

If you're going to overclock your CPU, then you'll definitely need a higher RAM speed spec. If I'm not mistaken, the i7-6800k needs a minimum of DDR4-2133, so you want to go beyond that, at least to DDR4-2400 so that you have the overclocking room.
