please suggest motherboard and smps

i am using i5 3330 3.0 GHz , corsair vengeance ddr3 8gb ram , asus nvidia 730 gt on intel dh61ww and vip gold 500 W smps . so am i suppose to change mother board ? if yes than asus h61m-k is good or anyother plz suggest me and also suggest for smps and i also planing for buy kingstone 2123 Mhz Ram .

If your board is working their no reason to change it. Dont buy over 1600 memory.

But it support only upto 1333 Mhz ram and i want to upgrade ram to 16 GB so 1600 or 2123 mhz..

Open task manager and do what you do with your PC and see how much memory your using if it's not close to 8gb then adding more will just spend money not increase performance.
Then just buy 1333 memory.

Yes the differance is your board won't run it. For PC use 100% not worth spending the money on a new board to run it. With the processor you have i will bet any board you buy will not run 2133 memory at that speed.
