There are many different numbers for DDR3 - most predominant are the data rate i.e. 1333, 1600, 1866, 2133, etc, then there's the CL and timings (CL i.e. 8, 9, 10 timings appear as 9-9-9-24 or the like), there CR (command rate - 1T -2T or 1N - 2N) - all depends on what info or numbers you are looking at or wondering about
