Will a GTX 950 and Core 2 Quad Q9300 work on 350W PSU ?

keep in mind the 1050 (ti) cards are coming out very soon and they should not need any extra power and should be a bit stronger than a 950at less power.

i'd wait a bit and see what those cards have to offer and at what cost before buying something at that level.

be worth the wait i'm sure

If your 350W PSU has a 6-pin PCIe connector for the GTX 950, it should have the necessary +12V specs to handle that system as long as you don't do any OC'ing. But if the PSU doesn't have that 6-pin connector, chances are it is over-rated and won't handle the load safely.
