hey guys i need help i have 200 euro budget !!! my system now is q6600 2.4ghz 4gb ddr3 1333mhz hd 6940 2gb so im in a dilemma should i get pc case (aero 500 or aero 800) psu be quiet pure power 600W 212 evo or to dont take a case and take a water cooler (my case has only 1 position for fan so without any fan i think that 212 evo will do nothing) i want to overclock so tell me what should i do plz :/

I would not spend much on that old of a machine to improve the overclock other than perhaps a better air cooling HSF. Save up your money for your next build instead.

i wont have any money for build for a lot of time (thaanks to greece) also i can use all this part on my new pc when i will take it

Buying a new case and power supply are a few of the parts that can be useful for a new build in the next few years but they do not improve performance. A new cooler may or may not be useful depending on how long you wait and what the future brings. You should be able to overclock that CPU on air cooling though, I would not spend the money on a liquid cooling system for a CPU that old.
