Hello I've been having this issue with my pc not booting properly for over a month or 2 now ever since I failed a OC. Sometimes it boots fine and most of the times I have to flicker the power switch on and off to make it turn on. I already tried resetting the whole PC, reinstalled windows, put everything back on default clock speeds, and cmos clear awhile back but I still seem to have the problem.
I was wondering if my PSU is failing and now I need to buy a new one.
My current PC specs are:

Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2400MHz
1tb WD Blue
Samsung 850 Evo 250gb SSD

SeaSonic 550 Watt Gold
