i recently upgraded my computer and it has dropped almost all of its performance. Arma 3 on high was 40-50 FPS now its on low and getting under 10 FPS

Old pc specs:
700w powersupply
Nvidia gainwood 660
Asus H81M-E
Intel core i5 4460 3.4ghz

New pc specs:
1600w EVGA powersupply
Msi gaming x 1080
asrock x99 fatality
Intel core i7 5820k 3.3ghz

What could the problem be thanks in advance

I am using Kombustor instead of opening a game

I have MSI afterburner open and when my PC is idling the GPU usage is at 7-8%, the GPU temp is 49 degrees Celsius, and the core clock is 215 MHz

With Kombustor open GPU usage is at 90-98% usage, GPU temp is 69-70 degrees Celsius , and the core clock is 1700 MHz-1850 MHz

I said, try settings power settings to High performance, Look in bios for power saving features, etc. you might need to disable. Don't change the settings if you don't know what they do.

Disable something like g1e or soemthing like that named saving options in bios and if you have some low-high voltage problems then don't do this

Not from psu. i mean is the psu getting sufficient power to run . I had this problem, i had to disable and bios feature which would run at high power even when electricity used to go and my invertor was weak to give the needed 450W
