There is nothing wrong with those temps, when people say "80 degrees is bad" they mean Celsius, not Fahrenheit.

No, people use LN2 to cool cpus down to -100C and doesn't damage the components if you don't get any condensation on it. 20C will not damage your components in any way whatsoever.
