So i'm going to install a new ssd soon. But i have 1TB HDD with windows on it.
So when i plug in the ssd the, change mode to Ahci and install new windows on SSD.
Is everything going to function correctly?
Windows contained on HDD won't conflict?
As i'll have no need for them anymore anyway.

Solution
If you're worried about it conflicting, I will recommend the best thing to do.

When you're going to install the windows on the SSD, remove the HDD (Just unplug the Sata Cable and Power Cable, or one or the other, both is better). Normally, people would recommend to do so anyway, as it will split the Windows installation by having a few files on the HDD and most on the SSD, so removing the HDD will ensure it is all installed on the SSD.

After it has installed, you can plug the HDD back in, and if you set the SSD to be the boot drive, everything will hopefully run perfectly.

Well it does boot in around 6seconds after bios on my Hdd already, but it at least it SSD won't slowdown on the clog caused by the programs on HDD.
