What processor do you have? And are you using the stock cpu cooler that came with the processor? 51 Celsius is a little warm, but that could be due to multiple things.

51c Is a safe temp for just about anything, I wouldn't worry about it unless it got higher than 60C. If you really want to make it colder you can re-apply the thermal paste.
