Usb 3.0 not working z170x gaming 7

So I just built this computer 4 weeks ago. And I had just bought some new fans I went home to plug them in. When I was doing i left my pc on. Idk why :(, but I unplugged the cpu fan with is the water cooling and it sparked when I tried to plug it back in. After that only my sub 3.1 works no sub 3.0 or 2.0 either on my case or on my motherboard
Any ideas?

Nzxt noctis 450
Core i7 6700k
16gb ram trident 3200
Mobo: gigabyte z170x gaming 7
I have the new v.2 120m water cooler.
2tb black wd
2402gb Kingston ssd

Are the devices even powering up?

Unfortunately, as you are facing the same issue with both the case and the MOBO, then I guess there could be something wrong with the MOBO.
It may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer's Support.

You can try updating the drivers through the MOBO's website, yet I think the issue is a hardware one.
